A Message from the LGC:
Hello Park Pointe,
The Landscaping and Grounds Committee would like to announce some of the work that has been happening in the neighborhood.
First we would like to thank the Green Thumb Committee for all their work over the last few months.
In an effort to try and save some on costs in maintenance and improvements their members have volunteered their time in sprucing up the entrance with lights during the holidays, fresh mulch around the beds, relocating plants in the Amenity Center area, installing sensor switches in the bathrooms, to name a few.
The Board of Directors has given approval in the systematic changes in landscaping areas to replace the pine straw with other natural materials that will be better for the plants and hopefully more cost effective for the future.
Suggestions are always welcomed by the Board of Directors so please feel free to submit them.
Stay well,
Harry Oehler
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
